A koronavírus a The Walking Dead évadzáróját is elsöpörte

Valahol ironikus, hogy egy halálos vírusjárvány miatt elszabaduló zombiapokalipszisről szóló tévésorozat sorsát a való világban dúló járvány alakítja, de így van: a The Walking Deadet gyártó AMC tegnap este tette közzé, hogy bocs, de a járvány miatt az évad 16. részének utómunkálatait nem tudják befejezni.

Az epizód április 12-én került volna adásba. A megoldás az lett, hogy levetítik a két hátralevő részt, a 15. lesz az évadzáró, a 16. pedig az év folyamán valamikor kerül adásba, egyfajta különkiadásként. Nagy csalódás ez a rajongóknak, mert ugyan a nézettség nem ezt mutatja, de a tizedik évad az előző, kilencedikhez hasonlóan remek, már-már az első négy-öt etap minőségét hozza.  

A The Walking Dead-univerzumot a koronavírus pont úgy megborítja, mint minden mást: az áprilisra tervezett, még szintén utómunka alatt álló, harmadik sorozat, a főleg tinédzserekről szóló The Walking Dead: World Beyond premierjét is kénytelenek elhalasztani, és áll a Fear The Walking Dead hatodik évadának austini forgatása is, amit a tervek szerint április 13-án folytatnak majd. A stáb és a színészek addigra egy háromhetes karanténon lesznek túl.
